Tina is a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities, with over 25 years of experience in providing support and career advancement for this community. She has worked extensively with the AbilityOne program, providing employment opportunities for people that have significant disabilities.
Throughout her career, Tina has demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs faced by individuals with disabilities. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential, and has a proven track record of helping individuals achieve their goals through her strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with all levels of an organization.
Tina is a strong believer in the importance of effective communication in providing appropriate accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
In her role as Project Manager at Bona Fide Conglomerate, Tina has worked with employees with a range of needs, including those with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), PTSD and learning disabilities. She has been instrumental in making accommodations feasible for properties while maintaining federal compliance standards.
